Supporting Organizations

Imagine! supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Boulder and Broomfield Counties by providing them with access to government funded programs and services.  Imagine!’s CORE/Labor Source division (CLS) helped us during our first few months of operations as we developed our Apprenticeship Program.  In addition, Imagine! acted as our fiscal sponsor so that we could operate underneath their nonprofit umbrella in the time after we incorporated while we waited for the IRS to grant us 501(c)(3) status.  With Imagine!’s help, we are now completely independent as an IRS registered 501(c)(3) and we operate our Apprenticeship Program completely independently of Imagine!

Social Venture Partners of Boulder County (SVP) brings business experience and mentoring to the nonprofit community in Boulder County. Boulder Treasures is the recipient of a competitive one-year grant of pro-bono consulting and professional development from SVP to support our growth from concept to initial launch of our Employment Training Institute co-located within our retail clothing store: Ramble on Pearl.

Colorado’s Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) assists persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible through successful employment. For adults with developmental disabilities, because they often lack prior work experience or access to training that can help them succeed, their employment potential is commonly misunderstood or simply overlooked by potential employers. DVR understands this and will be supporting Boulder Treasures financially to provide qualified apprentices with individualized training at Ramble on Pearl. DVR is united with Boulder Treasures in our commitment to provide employers with skilled, loyal, and hard working employees.
